These units are popular in European cafes and hotels. This model is good for use on oranges, lemons and small grapefruit. All juicing parts are stainless steel for durability and juice purity. A combination of the lever action and centrifugal force help in obtaining maximum juice yield.  All of the parts that come in contact with the fruit are made of stainless steel. The juicer will.
