Has mold buildup, as it likely wasn't cleaned after its last use many many years ago. Rubber grip feet on the bottom are hard and dried up and don't keep the juicer from sliding. They will need replacement (picture 13). As seen in the pictures, the aluminum has no shine and is beginning to corrode. Bolts that hold lever to frame have a lot of play. Please thoroughly clean before and after using. I recommend lubricating the moving parts with a food grade lubricant. I'm unsure of the country of origin.
