Handling Time - Our handling time is set to 3-business days. We ship packages Monday – Friday only, except for holidays. Calculated Shipping - Our shipping fees are calculated based on weight and dimensions and insurance. We ship USPS and UPS - depending on costs. Combined Invoices - We will combine shipping if purchases can be safely combined. Combined invoices have to be communicated with us – those can be sent weekly, with the exception of holidays. You must communicate that with us. Non-Paying bidders or buyers - Unpaid item case will be opened after 2-days of non-payment. Non-paying bidders are blocked from future transactions. Cancelled Transactions - If a winning bidder requests to cancel the sale without a valid reason, they will be blocked from future transactions. Bidding and Buying Shill Bidding - If a buyer appears to be bidding and retracting suspiciously to manipulate bids, they will be blocked from future bidding and reported to Pricetronic. Since March 8, 2023, we had to revise our shipping costs to match our actual materials and shipping charges – we were charging 35% less than our actual costs through USPS, and we can no longer afford to do that – we were taking a substantial loss. Additionally, the new shipping charges include shipping materials and insurance. Our items are packaged really well. We provide pictures of the item(s) the day we prepare it for shipping, and we include pictures of the item(s) as they are packaged to show how well the item(s) are protected. We do not accept returns. If an item is damaged by the shipper, you will have to mail the original item back to us and in the original box. Once we receive the item in the original box, we will issue a refund after speaking with Pricetronic. The buyer will have to pay for shipping costs to return the item. You will have to let us know of the damage within 2-days of receiving the package. Also, we require pictures of the damage to the original item and of the original shipping container. The items must be placed in the mail within 2 business days and include tracking information, as we did.
