The 150 watt motor of the slow juicer works at a deliberately low speed. So no heat is generated. This prevents oxidation so that more vitamins, enzymes and minerals are retained in the juice. Compared to conventional processes, the taste and color are preserved more intensely! In addition, the Kenwood Slow Juicer extracts more juice from fruit and vegetables than you are used to from conventional juicers.
Nothing stands in the way of healthy fruit and vegetable juices - whether green vegetables like kale, spinach and wheatgrass or juice made from typical, healthy ingredients like pomegranate or beetroot.
