This is the base only.  I do not have the other pieces. I did test it out though.  There is a button you can depress on top that will allow you to test it. It will be shipped priority mail with tracking and insurance within 24 hours of payment. I only charge actual shipping, no hidden markup.  This weighs almost 8 pounds by itself.
