This package has been open, but it is complete and unused.  I had to loosen the tape on the sides of the unit to test it, so I've left them attached.  It spins like it should, when the top is pushed down.
I stand behind the  items i sell. If this doesn't work within the first 30 days; please let me know; I'll cover the return shipping label; and refund your money when the item is returned complete with its packaging.
I pack carefully and pad, as needed, to keep items safe on their journey. I will upgrade shipping for free, if I see there is a faster affordable option for the buyer's location.
