The bigger brother of the FS-20 PLUS press, the FS-30 PLUS is as robust and easy to operate and has the capacity to press up to 40 gallons per hour. The FS-30 PLUS cold juice press is our best seller. It has a slightly bigger footprint than the FS-20 PLUS model with a 1.6 times higher manufacturing speed, and still can fit through a standard doorway. The FS-30 PLUS juicing press can handle any vegetable, fruit, leafy green, grass, herb and nut and has all the necessary certifications to make any health department happy. The FS-30 PLUS model is perfect for high traffic juice bars, juice cleansing facilities, grocery stores and other medium to large juicing operations.

The FS-30 PLUS model is extremely powerful with a 3HP motor and a force of 14,000 lbs applied in each squeeze. The juice produced contains less than 1% solids, so no extra filtering is necessary. Te FS series of commercial hydraulic juice presses squeeze more gently than other methods. This means juice is extracted without over-crushing cells or creating unwanted heat.

Commissioned by juicing industry specialists who understand the needs of a modern juicing consumer, the FS-30 PLUS press has many unique features:

Wash down design allowing spraying of the whole machine while cleaning.

Electropolished surface providing an easy-to-clean coating.

Advantages of FS-12, FS-20 PLUS and FS-30 PLUS Cold Juice Presses

As on our FS-20 PLUS model, the shredder on the FS-30 PLUS is equipped with an additional bearing as well as an 11 lb disc plate ensuring the stability of the shredder and a minimal load on the motor. The FS-30 PLUS shredder is NOT attached to the moving platen, so there is no vibration or wear and tear on the shredder during the pressing process. Moreover, the shredder and press controls are located on the common control panel for easy operation.

The FS-30 PLUS, as well as all FS cold presses were designed to keep the operator safe. The FS-30 PLUS grinder has a safety interlock. The grinder can not operate without the feeding tube in place. The FS presses also have safety guards, 2 emergency stops, circuit protection on all the motors, wet environment plug and cord, and main electrical disconnect. These are some of our advvantages over the competition.

The FS-30 PLUS and other FS press models is NSF compliant, INTERTEK approved and made in the USA. The units can be manufactured in both 110V and 220V.
